Resipi...Ginger Gems

Ginger Gems
It's very easy.

25g butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbs sweetened condensed milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
¾ tsp baking soda
2 tbs ground ginger
¼ cup water

Preheat the oven to 210C. Preheat gems irons. Cream butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg, beat well. Add condensed milk. Beat again. Sift together the flour, cream of tartar, soda and ginger together. Fold into the creamed mixture alternately with water. Remove the gem irons from the oven and put a dot of butter in each iron. Spoon the mixture into the irons about while the butter is sizzling. Bake for about 10 minutes or golden brown. Serve buttered
