Spicy Mushroom Fried Rice

Here's a delightful variation of the all-time favourite: fried rice. Discover how Planta enhances this tasty meal.

Ingredients
2 red chillies, sliced

2 shallots, sliced

4 large cloves garlic, sliced

1 tsp belacan, crumbled

4 Tbsp Planta margarine

100 g tempe, cut into 2 cm x 1 cm strips

2 cakes firm white tofu, cut into 2 cm x 1 cm strips

1 Knorr Tom Yam stock cube

2 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

2 stalks lemon grass, finely sliced

4 kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded

100 g fresh oyster mushrooms (or 100 g tinned button mushrooms), sliced

3 cups cooled, cooked rice


Preparation
Pound the chillies, shallots, garlic and belacan together in a mortar and pestle to
make a fairly fine paste. Set aside.
Heat Planta margarine in a wok and fry the tempe till crisp and golden brown. Remove
and set aside. Fry the tofu in the remaining oil until golden brown. Remove likewise.
Ensure that there are about 2 tablespoons of Planta left in the wok. If insufficient, add a little more Planta to make up the amount.Fry the ground chilli paste in the wok until fragrant – about 3 minutes. Add the Knorr Tom Yam cube, sugar and salt. Cook 1 minute before adding the sliced lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves.
Add tempe, tofu and sliced mushrooms. Stir-fry until well combined and add rice. Toss until well mixed and heated through – about 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.

Take pan off the heat and serve immediately.

Udang Goreng Keju

Bahan :

Udang sederhana besar 6-10 ekor
Bawang putih 1/2 ulas dicincang
Keju (cheesedale-1kpg)
Sedikit marjerin
Sedikit serbuk lada hitam
Sedikit sos tiram
Daun bawang utk hiasan

Cara :

Tumis bawang putih dengan marjerin.Tidak perlu garing.Masukkan udang,kacau
dan biar sebentar. Kemudian masukkan sedikit serbuk lada hitam,sos tiram dan keju.
Kacau hingga keju cair dan bolehlah diangkat.Makan semasa panas.

Udang Goreng Kari Sos Fusion

Bahan-Bahan

10 ekor Udang besar - bersihkan dan belah belakangnya

2 sudu teh Bawang putih kisar

½ mangkok Bawang merah kisar

2 sudu teh Halia kisar

3 sudu teh Lada kisar

2 sudu teh Pes tomato

2 sudu teh Serbuk jintan putih

2 sudu teh Serbuk kunyit

3 sudu teh Serbuk kari ikan

2 sudu teh Serbuk perasa ayam

1 cawan Krim masakkan

1 cawan Air3

sudu besar Minyak untuk menumis

beberapa helai daun kari



Cara Cara
1. Goreng udang sehingga masak.

2. Tumis rempah ikan bersama daun kari, setelah harum, masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, lada kisar, pes tomato, serbuk jintan, kunyit, dan krim masakkan, kacau hingga sebati.

3. Masukkan serbuk perasa ayam dan masak sehingga pekat.

BINGKA KENTANG

5 biji telor size besar
300ml santan pekat
200 ml air paip
200gm tepung gandum

(B)
400gm kentang bersihkan-rebus dgn secukup garam hingga empuk, lecek halus
180gm gula pasir
1/2 st garam
1/2 st vanila
pewarna kuning

CARA:
Satukan bahan A gaul rata, tapis
masuk kan bahan B gaul hingga sebati
Siapkan tin pembakar 20x20x7 sm.Sapu butter alas kertas atau daun pisang (misa guna kertas jek..)
Tuang adunan dan bakar 40minit ,suhu 200 * C

MACHE AND GREEN APPLE SALAD WITH PANCETTA AND ALMONDS

ingredients
6 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons minced shallot
6 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 (3-ounce) package sliced pancetta (Italian bacon)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
16 large butter lettuce leaves
8 cups (lightly packed) mâche rosettes
2 small Granny Smith apples, cut into matchstick-size strips


preparation

Combine vinegar and shallot in bowl; whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange enough pancetta in large skillet to cover bottom. Cook over medium heat until brown, turning and adding more pancetta as slices shrink. Transfer to paper towels. Add almonds to drippings in skillet. Cook until golden, about 3 minutes. Transfer to bowl and cool. DO AHEAD Dressing, pancetta, and almonds can be made 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature.Place 2 lettuce leaves on each of 8 plates. Drizzle with some dressing. Place mâche, nuts, and apples in large bowl; crumble in pancetta. Toss with enough dressing to coat; mound on lettuce.

Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt1 cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional)


Mix cocoa in well with the melted butter. Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs, mixing well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts or chocolate chips. I actually prefer the chocolate chips!! Pour mixture into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 25 - 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean, you do not want to overbake!

Banana Cake with chocolate chips

250 gm butter
190 gm sugar/brown sugar
1 tspfull ovalette
4 eggs - medium
1 tsp vanilla
275 gm flour
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp bicarbonate soda
250 gm mashed banana
100 gm chocolate rice

Beat the butter and sugar until white and fluffy, then add one egg at a time together with the ovalette. Then the banana. Mama use to just put in the banana without mashing it first... huhuhu... rajin ekkkk... . After it is all mixed nicely, pour in the flour which has been sifted with the raising agent. Lastly do not forget the chocolate rice... Just mixed it lightly...
Then you bake it, cool it and eat it... yummy.. yummy

Kucai Bunga Goreng bersama Udang

Bahan:
250g udang basah (buang kulit kecuali ekor)
1 ikat kucai bunga
3-4 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
sos ikan
kicap cair
garam
minyak masak (untuk menumis)

Cara:
1. Tumis bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
2Masukkan udang dan gaul rata hingga udang kemerahan.
3. Masukkan kuca bunga dan gaul seketika.
4. Untuk perisa, masukkan kicap cair, sos ikan dan garam serba sedikit mengikut selera masing-masing.
5. Gaul rata dan hidangkan.

Moulding Icing

Bahan
1 egg white
2 tbs liquid glucose
450gm icing sugar

Cara2nya
1. Masukkan putih telur dan liquid glucose dalam bowl..kacau guna handwhisk hanya untuk combine kan kendua2 bahan ini
2. Lepas tu masukkan sedikit demi sedikit gula sehingga semua bersatu.
3. Uli di atas pencanai dgn menabur sedikit corn flour..Uli sampai lembutdan licin

Tips..
Moulding icing nie akan ambik heat dari tangan kita...So..seboleh2nya kekalkan kesejukkan tangan..dan menguli di atas permukaan yg sejuk....
