1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1 tbls butter
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 can chow mein noodles
1 tbls soy sauce
2 cups diced chicken
1/2 cup cashew nuts
pepper to taste

Saute onions and celery with tablespoon butter.
Add mushrom soup and chicken broth.
Season with soy sauce and pepper.
Add chicken and simmer for a few minutes.
Put in 1 qt. casserole dish and sprinkle with noodles and cashew nuts.
Bake at 350ยบ for 20 to 25 minutes.
