Best Chocolate Cupcakes

1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanila
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. In a small bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & salt.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, egg & vanilla until smooth. Alternately whisk in flour mixture & buttermilk, making 3 additions of flour mixture and 2 of buttermilk, beating until batter is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.

3. Scoop batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 180C for 22-27 mins or until tops of cupcakes spring back when lightly touched. Let cool in pan on rack for 10 mins. Remove from pan amd let cool completely on rack.

Note : nak wat buttermilk, 1 cup of milk + 1 tbs lemon.
